Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE:VSH) launched 34 new 600 V FRED Pt® Hyperfast and Ultrafast rectifiers in six power packages. Combining extremely fast and soft recovery time with low forward voltage drop and reverse recovery charge, the new devices reduce switching and conduction losses in high-efficiency PFC in SMPS applications.
